Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and shipped with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are available for eligible claims. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned. Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
